Start by trying to pull your credit report directly online by using the instructions below. If for some reason that doesn’t work, you’ll need to try calling to request your credit report using this phone number:(888) 395-0277.
If calling doesn’t work, you’ll need to request your credit report via physical mail:

START HERE:
You will need to use a computer to get your credit report.
You cannot use your phone to get a good copy.
Step 1: Go to www.sagestreamllc.com.
Step 2: Click on this button:

Step 4: On this page fill out everything and click on “Submit Request” (be sure to check off both boxes that are in image below):
Step 5: This should be your final screen and you should be able to download your report and save it as a PDF.
IF THEY DIDN’T GIVE YOU A COPY ONLINE, that means they are going to send it to you via physical mail (the final screen will tell you). Just open the confirmation email they sent you and then wait for a physical letter to arrive and then scan and send it to us when you receive it.
